Leaves Of Absence:
Annual Leave for employees include, 1 day per month with less than 3 years of service. More than 3 years of service receive 1.25 days per month. With 10 years or more of service 1.5 days per month are received with a maximum of 45 days for all.
Sick Leave:
An employee accumulates 1 day per month up to a total of 90 days.
Holidays:
Holidays are specified in the employee manual.
